We who participate in the breeding, raising, training, racing and overall care of racing greyhounds in the State of Oregon, in order to ensure the safety and well being of our four-legged athletes, do hereby commit to the continuation of the following standards of excellence.

• All of our greyhounds receive veterinary care from birth through retirement.
• All of our greyhounds live in comfortable, clean, safe, and well ventilated shelters.
• All of our greyhounds play in clean and safe exercise areas.
• All of our greyhounds are cared for on a daily basis by qualified persons.
• All of our greyhounds are trained by competent and caring professionals.
• All of our greyhounds are trained using only artificial lures.
• All of our greyhounds are trained with their best physical, emotional and mental health being our primary priority.
• All of our greyhounds upon completion of their racing and/or breeding career will be placed into our nationally recognized adoption program so that they are assured of a loving home.

Oregon's greyhound racing community has set a standard of which we are proud. We will continue in our service to the greyhound athlete by constantly seeking new and improved methods of care which benefit our greyhounds and the racing community as a whole.
